I am going to be making a homemade beauty dish for my nikon sb-28, and had a quick question... I was unable to find a convex mirror, like the ones you put on your cars side mirrors to see your blind spot, so II picked up a concave 10X magnification make up mirror.
Is there any reason that will not work?
I figure if it is 10X magnification, it may "increase" the light from the flash?
Or is my logic wrong?
Regardless, I plan on mounting it using velcro backing, so I can swap it for a convex mirror when I find one....
