DIY benchtest

I seem to remember reading on this forum some time ago about a 'script-app' for creating and destroying "x number" of windows as a simple bench mark.
Can anyone help me locate the link?

I do believe that was the App I had in mind, unfortunately my needs at the moment are for an Intel version which seems "LetWindowsBloom" is not.
