DIY Cubix Expansion box

Hi guys there is this thing called Cubix Expansion box where you can stack as many video cards for use in davinci resolve for cc now my question can something like this be done with pc where you can have 3 graphic cards inside and some how tell the mac and resolve top use those cards connected via what ever
