I know others have talked about it too, but I wanted to add my own review of this. While on my quest to find the perfect TPU case, I came across the Diztronic. I wanted a case that offered some bump protection, but wasn't too thick and bulky. I also have and reviewed the Minisuit TPU Smoke case, which is similar to this one and I feel is just as good, however there are some minor differences that made me pick this one up as well. The following are some things I noticed that I liked when compared to the Minisuit. It should be noted that I like both cases pretty much equally and this isn't meant to say one may be better than the other, however its to just explain the small differences between what I think are the best TPU cases out for the iPhone 5.
.) The volume keys are totally covered and sealed with a perfectly positioned molded rocker as opposed to individually molded buttons or completely open and cutout.
.) There is plenty of room to access the vibrate switch with a thick finger. The Minisuit case was a little thicker and it was a little tougher to do so.
.) The exterior of the case has a beveled design around it, adds a nice touch.
.) The TPU material used here is much stiffer and harder than the softer Minisuit material. This makes this case not as "grippy" as the other. However the matte black finish is awesome.
.) The case feels thinner overall when compared to the Minisuit, but it seems like the raised edge above the screen is not as tall. It does allow you to place the phone face down without marring the screen. However, I'm not a fan of doing that in the first place, and due to the apparent smaller raised lip of the Diztronic case, I would be nervous to do it.
.) The biggest thing that sets this case apart from others is the fact that the bottom of the case has vertical bars to support the opening. Most other TPU cases don't have this, and the bar that goes across the front side of the bottom can get loose over time and flop around or snap off.
.) The glossy logo on the backside is not as obtrusive as I've seen on other cases so I don't mind it. If you are deciding on this case, don't let it be a deal breaker.
.) Nice tight fit. If you have a wet applied screen protector, just be careful when putting this case on. Just like any other TPU case, the tight fit when installing can snag and peel the edges. My edges were already slightly peeled from my Minisuit case (its naturally going to happen), so I intend to remove the screen protector and trim the edges down on a new one to be installed. This way, the case wont peel it upon installation.
As I stated, I think this is one of the best TPU cases available for the iPhone 5. I would definitely recommend it.
