Alright, so I bought a standard, probably crappy hosa dual rca to dual 1/4" cable to go directly from my Vestax PCV-175 to my monitors. It works, but there is humming on and off. I googled my problem and saw that I should probably have balanced cables and mine are not. So, I then tried to find a balanced rca to 1/4" cable, but I all of the ones I see are unbalanced. So what is the best way to do this?

No such thing as Balanced RCA cables, sorry.

Yep, RCA connections can't be balanced. Balanced connections require three connection 'pins' or plates - RCA cables only have two.
