DL DVDs on a Rev A superdrive

Has anyone burnt a DL DVD on a MacAir Rev A superdrive? I now see the specs for the current superdrive says it is DL RW. I am not sure if this is upgraded with Rev B release.

Does anyone have anything good or bad to say about brand of writable DL DVDs?

Yes you can buy DL DVDs on all the USB Superdrives.
