Has anyone come across different download speeds on the same network? I'm direct downloading from rapidgator and my speeds is 30kb/s for a 800mb file. I found this unusually slow, so I started dl from my ubuntu box and the speeds were @ 3.5 for the same file. Not sure whats going on, any thought would be great?
