In April I purchased the DMB iTunes pass for the "Big Whiskey" album and received the first download in the iTunes plus format. Upon the release of the rest of the album a couple of weeks ago, the remaining content came to me in the old format, m4p at 128k. I have downloaded content since the purchase of this iTunes pass and it has always been in the m4a format. I have been in contact with iTunes CS about this situation, and it has been elevated to Itunes Customer Support Tier 2. They have pushed the content to download again, and again the download came to me in the "old" format. I have asked CS to enable a iTunes+ upgrade to enable the m4a files to be upgraded but so far I have been told they are investigating why this issue has occurred.

Has anyone else experienced this kind of incident since the new format was rolled out?
