dmg and dual layer dvd buring in windows 7

How to write snow leopard 10.6.3 dmg (6.3 gb) image to a dual layer dvd in windows 7 ? I saw couple of threads here which shows how to do this in disk utility in mac, but i cant access the mac drive at this point of time.So is thr any way which i can write th dmg image to DVD+R DL in windows OS ?

I am using Macbook pro 15 with the config : intel core(TM)2 duo cpu p8700@2.53 ghz,4gb ram,32 bit,Boot camp windows 7 , matshita dvd-r UJ-868 can i write dual layer dvds in my system ?

I wish to write it to Verbatim DVD+R DL (8.5 gb,8X) dual layer dvd disc,is my mac compatible with +RDL ?

please help me in this issue ?
