iPhone DND doesn't always work since iOS 11?

Hi,

Since upgrading to iOS 11, if I enable DND sometimes it lets calls to come through. Does it happen to anybody else?

My DND settings are set to:
"Silence" --> Always
No schedule
Allow Calls From --> No One
Repeated Calls --> OFF
DND While Driving --> Manually


So how calls still come through? This doesn't make sense :\
It worked great on iOS 10.3. Is it still possible to downgrade? Trying to find a solution before a full phone restore. Thanks.
(I have an iPhone 6 Plus if it matters)

You have DND set to manual - You'd have to turn it on to for it to work. It didn't exist in IOS 10 so I don't know how you think it worked great there. There is a do not disturb before 11 but not DND (driving)
