DNDWD sending false message

Hello. Hope this isn't a FAQ...I have searched.

So, I have a new S5 watch, upping from the original watch. Since upgrading to either OS13 or the new watch, people I have sent messages on any given day receive a text message when I either leave a WIFI are, or return home and reneter a WIFI signal. At first, I thought it was the phone, but it not only is it for sure off, it is not the same message. So, I don't really know why the watch is throwing out a message.

Anybody else with a similar challenge?

are people receving the same message or are people receiving different messages.

did You once send the message they are receiving?
or is it just random messages

Thanks for the quick reply.

I did determine that I had an older inactive phone in my glovebox hooked up to a constant powersupply. Everytime it got close enough to a wifi, it would send the DNDWD message that was still active on that phone.

Problem solved.
