Hi All,

I have a primary time capsule, and then I have it extended via another airport extreme. I've noticed that websites are slow to load, but i'm able to sustain pretty fast download speeds. I'm guessing this might be a DNS issue. I've tried google public DNS, and i still can't seem to get this thing to fly.

A related issue is more of a question... Do I need to change DNS settings on the airport that merely extends the first time capsule? It defaults to 10.0.0.1, the IP address of the router, and i'm thinking that's probably what's best as it does the DNS resolution there. Anyhow, any help is appreciated!

Hmmm okay I may have temporarily solved it. I switched my DNS settings back to google public DNS, and then I reset the cable modem. Seems to be speedy. If it just slows down over time, then i'm guessing I have a problem either with my time capsule or my cable modem.
