As I understand it, to use the Versions feature in Lion, the app has to support it by offering you "Save a Version"

Does anything other than Textedit support this? Or is there a workaround for Textmate/BBEdit?

I think Pages does. For the other apps to use this feature, the developer(s) must add it in.

Have any text editors added support for this yet? I see BBEdit still doesn't support it, and Textmate hasn't been updated in a while.

I thought Byword did in 1.3.1? But they may just have fixed something within app that deals with saving...

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; U; CPU iPhone OS 4_3_5 like Mac OS X; en-us) AppleWebKit/533.17.9 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/5.0.2 Mobile/8L1 Safari/6533.18.5)

TexShop 3, a really nice text editor for latex also supports versions. I'm secretly hoping AquaEmacs or (less likely) Carbon Emacs will pick up versions support. That would rock.
