Do Apple offer part time jobs?

No idea if this is in the right section because I couldn't figure out where it does belong. Oh well.

My question is do apply do part time jobs at Apple stores?

Also, does anyone know how strict there are in terms of computer/apple knowledge when hiring?

The majority of the jobs at apple stores are part time. Other than managers the only other full time or the Geniuses, Creatives, and a few of the regular people.

They seem to like a wide variety of people, they do train, but as long as you can either quickly learn and are more passionate than others or have a strong understanding of computers and think you can answer the some questions, you'd be fine.

Say for instance, one month in the summer etc?

I think that my knowledge is probably more than some of the current employees but being a student at University I can't really commit to a full-time job.

Most retailers hire temp workers in the holiday season. I doubt you can get the same during the summer.
