Do Apple Silicon Mac minis have USB issues?

Just wondering if anyone here has had issues with their M2 Mini and USB? Planning on attaching a 20TB HDD for my Plex Media Server and letting the machine run and never sleep. Have seen a few random complaints, but wonder if those are isolated incidents and/or configuration more than an actual prevalent issues at hand with the M2 Mini.

I have multiple external drive on it including a 5TB HDD and two 2TB SSDs and I have no issues what so ever. Everything runs smooth and I have had zero disconnects. hdd on USB-A, 1 ssd on USB-A and 1 ssd on TB4
