Do Apple Stores stock bands?

I was told there not going to start stocking bands until they stock the watch.

What is the whole point of having a release if you can't go to the store and buy something?

Yes, the chargers are available. I got the Mrs to pick me one up in the Trafford Centre in Manchester yesterday when she went.
