Are you removing them with the proper tool? Then no, they won't be unusable.

If you are trying to remove them with something else, then you may strip/damage the head and be unable to put them back in.
 
Like any aluminum screw, you can easily strip them and so they will be useless if you use the improper tool or are too harsh on them
 
Last time I checked the tool that iFixit sold to get those funky screws out didn't fit perfectly so they said it would probably ruin the screws, but they give you replacement Phillips heads so why would you want them again anyway?
