Do AT&T stores do the recycling program in stores or only through mail?

I was deciding which line to go in now. Apple Store or AT&T. AT&T store is closer.... Do those stores do that recycling program with the iPhone's in stores like Apple? It says all agents to talk to are busy so I can't ask them. Don't feel like waiting in line for hours to find out they don't

Corporate store I assume? I traded two iPhone 4S units last weekend at our AT&T Corporate store. $200 each, had the credit applied to my AT&T account. I preordered my AT&T 6's from Apple.com
