Do Beats X provide higher quality bluetooth audio?

The question is whether the Beats X that feature W1 chip stream higher quality bluetooth audio to new iphones that support W1 pairing than regular bluetooth headphones?

W1 supposedly streams using AAC vs A2DP providing less loss in quality.
