Do Cydia app Backgrounder works with textfree? Has anyone tried it?

i've tried it and yes it works but all it did was make the alert noise... maybe there's a tweak someone can do to make it show another notification but i dont know

also if they provide push messege in new 3.0 os it would be killer. Is push notification can be enabled for textfree.
