General Do Cydia purchases sync across devices?

Just picked up an iPad and wanting to know of some of my licenses will carry over (adblocker etc)

They should as long as the device you are trying to install them on is registered with your account in Cydia. Since you just got the iPad you will have to go in to manage my account in Cydia with the iPad and it will ask you if you would like to register this device with that account or something along those lines. You should then be able to install and use the tweaks you've purchased.

Yes just use the same account login and you're good to go!
