Do Europeans get a European USB Power Adapter?

I would assume that iPhones bought abroad come with a European USB Power Adapter or am I wrong? I'm heading to Europe soon and would rather pick up the $29 USB power adapter then buying the bulky World Travel Charger or am I SOL?

I found some EU USB plugs on ebay but they all are coming out of Hong Kong. Any US suppliers?

@Tronic the USB you have found is ok for most the EU countries but not for the UK where they have a different wall plug. You need a special converter if you're heading there
