Do I Even NEED Handbrake Anymore?

I installed Toast 8, which has the ability to export/convert to H.264, iPod, DV, etc. is there anything else i'd need Handbrake for?

but can Toast 8 do it from a commerical DVD? unless you want to use MacTheRipper, and then convert it to H.264.....i'd rather do it in one step
