I was playing Anomaly Warzone and i saw some bleed.. So i took a picture with 100% brightness and a black wallpaper. Is this bad or not? Is it possible to find a Ipad without any bleed at all?

That's not bleed, that's just backlight.

There are lights behind the screen, the only way the screen will be fully black is when it is off.

Looks like the fanboys need a eye exam

Yes,the lower right corner has bleed.
Can you get a worse one -yes
Can you get a better one one -yes
I returned 3 before giving up and going back to my non-issue I pad 2
When I pay my hard earned money,I want one that should be good.
We will get flamed by the fanboys for being OCD but who cares-
Apple quality control has gone down the toilet in pushing out massive quantities
Of the 3 on this release.
See the posts on the dy serial no. Lot-looks like something got tightened up.
After all the screen is the big sell on these things, and yes,if you are in a darker
Enviornmment you will see the bleed.
And fanboys,I am not talking about sitting in a dark room with a blanket over my head,I caught my bleed watching video,60% brightness on my patio.
In the end it is up to you,but yes I see the bleed.

The lower right has some bleed - and there are a few spots on the left (upper side) - that also have bleed.

BUT - you need to determine whether that's going to bug you (or even be visible) in "normal operating" conditions.

If you noticed it during a game, though, it seems like you'll notice it again at some point in the future. If you're still within your return period, you might as well exchange it for a better one.

Whenever I see these threads, my thought is that the OP already knows it's going to bug them. If that's the case, just exchange it.

it's a machine. it does not bleed. never has, never will. ;)

these threads are getting ri-dic-u-lous

to me it looks very minor, and returning it for the issue and getting a worse unit is not out of the question.

nope, thats actually preety darn good considering the camera adds a lot of weird tones.

The absolute best way to determine if you have significant light bleed it to just watch a movie or video in a completely dark room (with the correct aspect ratio so that there's two black bars above and below the video) and set your brightness at a slightly higher than usual level, and no... not at 100% but at a level you think is a little higher than what you would realistically watch the video at. at this point just look around the black borders, if you notice back bleeding in like this, even if you're looking for it then its a defect. if the only way to see it is by cranking up the brightness to 100% in a dark room with an all black image and still having to look for just a bit to see then no your screen is perfectly fine. :D

This is common for every LCD ever made.

Looks fine unless those pink tints on the right side are visible when browsing websites.
