Do I have a faulty iPad?

While streaming videos using the Justin.TV app or playing live baseball games using the MLB At Bat app, my iPad 3 would slowly lose battery power even while it is plugged in. I don't think this is supposed to happen. What do you guys think?

no its not faulty the battery is draining quicker than its charging due to the ridiculously slow charging times and your heavy usage
