A key logger works best when it can go about its business undetected. If you could easily identify a key logger, then the designer of said key logger failed horribly. I doubt you're going to be able to identify a key logger from a simple ps output - if the key logger is even able to be listed in such output (I would try to hide my key logger from such output).
 
Trust me I had a Remote Admin on my PC one time, it was horrible. Tried to get rid of it in every way possible. Only time could let it pass. I doubt it would be that easy to spot....
