do i have to deauthorize all my apps software from macbook before selling?

I read that itunes needs to be deathorized from a mac computer if it is not being used or being sold, & I know that the Adobe suites of software needs to be deauthorized as well,

do I need to do this with all the apps software I have installed on my mac laptop before selling?

or would a clean installation of the OS (with erase of hard drive and reinstall) on the laptop before selling take care of all this?

Signing out of iTunes and erasing the drive and reinstalling the OS is sufficient.

If you mean non-App Store apps? That might vary between developers - some may limit your licence to the device and need de-installing before you can re-install on a new Mac.
