hey guys,

tonight while updating my phone to 9.3 i had a little icon where the notification dot is and had a red battery symbol, then when re-pairing to my phone it needed the battery to be connected to the charger as it said low battery

the reason I'm confused is it has had no battery issues really, charges to 100% and seems to last all day.

the strange thing is after that icon there was no power reserve option or such? does it need to go to a real low figure before it engages or what?

any help much appreciated guys.

The red icon (iPhone not battery) indicates that it is not BT connected to your iPhone. Also if you are updating the :apple:Watch it must be on the charger and over 50% charged to update.

hey dude,

thanks for the reply, that makes sense as it happened when my phone rebooted for update, and when i connected to charger it was only at 38%.

thanks again, RTJ
