Do I Need Imovie 6??

I can not believe that I can't export and reedit in full quality..I'm hearing I need imovie 6?? or pro tools? I just forked out $2k + accessories now I have to spend another $200 for PTExpress?? I have this 4 hour video I want to comndence and truly I would like to reedit MANY times just makes life easier....I do simple cuts, fades and titles but i still want FULL QUALITY! Any help or advice???? Thanks
