I'm currently running Leopard on my MBP and I want to install Windows 7.

Do I need Snow Leopard installed before I do this? I borrowed the disk from my friend but I don't want to install the OS. Can I just use the disk to install drivers for W7?

:(

I think you will be OK ... after Win 7 installs and is running, just insert the disk and the driver install will autorun. Once you have the core BootCamp installed, you can go to the Apple Support site and download the updates for BootCamp.

hfg is right. You don't need snow leopard to make the bootcamp partition, but you do need the drivers from the snow leopard disk once windows is installed.
