Then you don't need this folder.

Delete it, but it is better to remove it from within Time Machine.

I have a 1TB Lacie drive of which I can see I have used 650GB it says I only have 50GB left... I ran disk utility and it says the drive has 6 partitions...

If I reformat the drive I will lose all the data on it... am I just screwed on the missing 300GB.
