Do I need to have the FAN removed from my account before picking up Iphone tomorrow?

I remember there was an activation problem a couple years ago if you had a FAN account and tried to purchase the iPhone at apple.

Can't remember whet happened last year but can anyone confirm or deny that I will need to have the FAN taken off my account before picking up/activating my iPhone at apple tomorrow?

I don't know about doing it at the store, but I had no problem activating my 3GS preorder at home last year. I am still waiting for my iPhone 4 to be delivered, but I expect it to go just as smoothly.
