Do I need to order a iPhone 4 bumper?

I would sooner drop my iPhone 4 in a coffin and nail it shut than put it in an OtterBox
Why? Ordered my Otterbox defender the second I found out it was for sale.
Loved it on my 3Gs and can't wait to put my iPhone 4 in one. Great protection!
The otterbox cases are quite possibly the ugliest phone cases I've seen. I don't know why anybody wants them. I'd rather wrap my phone in duct tape and cut out a spot for the buttons and screen.
There are lots of good cases out there that provide protection for your phone (the Seidio Innocase being my personal favorite). The Otterbox is only good for that goofy demonstration that AT&T Store employees do where they slam their iPhones on the floor to show how good they protect the phone.
I don't feel there is another case that provides the protection that the Otterbox does.
Wait maybe the Ballistic but I've had good history with Otterbox.
PS: That goofy demonstration you speak of is very important to some of us who use the case.
Is the bumper case going to protect the iPhone well? Otherwise I'll have to look into buying one of those ugly Otterboxes lol. I wanted to get a case from the company Incase but I don't think they've come out with one for the iPhone 4 yet
My otterbox defender case fits my Iphone 3GS like a glove, not much room for it to look ugly, it's a little bulky but I dropped my Iphone pretty hard a few times and not even a scratch on the phone. It's worth it.
