Hi everyone. I posted this in the server section by accident and was worried that it wouldn't get answered as it was in the wrong area. Sorry if that's not cool.
These past few days I've been trying to install Moblin on a partition of my Macbook. Things were going well and I got the disk partitioned the way I wanted. The problem is that I can't (or maybe I just don't know how to) select which OS I'd like to use at startup and, also, when I go into Disk Utility I cannot see the Moblin partition - it says I only have Macintosh HD - ~200GB and Linux Swap - ~509MB. I don't understand why the latter problem is happening, but I figure the Moblin OS must be installed on this missing partition. However, I still can't boot into Moblin.
To remedy this, I thought I'd use bootcamp. However, I need an unpartitioned disk to set that up according to the software.
I may have read something wrong or I may just be very inexperienced with this - well, I am very inexperienced with OSX and software in general. Can anyone make a suggestion? Am I going to have to reformat the entire HD? Or is there a solution of which I am not aware?
Thanks in advance to everyone.
