Do I need to secure erase my SSD if TRIM hasn't been enabled for 2 months until now?

Well the title says it all really...I've just used SL Trim Enabler to enable TRIM on SL (and will be TRIMd in Lion), but it hasn't been TRIMing since I got it about 2 months ago.

Should I go through the very painful process of properly secure erasing (and I'm not talking a Disk Utility secure erase I'm talking Secure Erase SSD on a Mac), or will TRIM sort the last 2 months of data collection out?

Any info will be appreciated!
