Do i need to uninstall iLife '08 to install iLife '09?

So i have iLife '08 installed and i'm about to install iLife '09. Do i need to uninstall iLife '08 first to install iLife '09?

Nope, but I recommend backing up all your iPhoto photos, iMovie movies, etc.
