I want to return my iphone 6+, i ordered it from apple.com using one of my eligible att line. It is not NEXT, i signed a 2-year contract.

Is there any fees associated with my return? I assume I will get my upgrade eligibility as well?

Eventually I want to take my business to t mobile, what would you suggest at this point? Should i just use tmobile's Contract Freedom program?

I am puzzled here!

Thanks!

if you did a 2 year contract and decide to return the phone, I don't think there will be any restock fees. But yes you will get your eligibility back.

I'm not sure what the restock fee policy is for Apple when using AT&T Next. I know that for AT&T store, there is a restock fee of $35 when you return the phone when you use next.

Thanks! Do I return the phone to apple or ATT?
