I bought an app cleaner software, but every time I use the uninstalled software when I see more folders in the applications. Do I remove one of them I looked at the app cleaner software, where I saw Mac Keeper uninstaller software. Do I remove it?

I've heard that there is a malware purveyor who masquerades as Mac Keeper. I've also heard that Mac Keeper itself isn't a very highly rated product which has had allegations of deceptive practices lodged against it, including possibly even being malware itself. In any case, it certainly seems like something to be avoided.

Quite frankly, if I found myself sitting in front of a computer with that on it, I'd be inclined to do a full clean internet install of macOS on the spot.

Yes.
But do it AFTER you use it to UNinstall MacKeeper...

The software you highlight App Cleaner & Uninstaller is not MacKeeper.

The instructions for uninstalling App Cleaner & Uninstaller are here https://nektony.com/help/app-cleaner#uninstall_app_cleaner

In my view, App Cleaner & Uninstaller is a very good (if not the best) app uninstaller, but is now overpriced.

MacKeeper does indeed have a bad reputation, but to be fair that was based on 10 years ago.
