Hi, on the right of my login name, there is a envelop icon. On the right of it, there is a flag icon. Usually when I click Show All, I see threads/posts I engage in recently. However, I just found that it dated back to only Oct 13, 2018. Where are all those threads/posts I made the past 5-10 years?

Sure.
mouse across your login name. You will get a dropdown window for your user profile.
Click your account name (hajime) at that top of that window.
Click on the Postings tab.
There's a list of your recent posts. Scroll to the bottom of that list, and click on either All Content, or All Threads
And, that's your posts. Mine only seem to go back a year or two, I think, but you should be able to get at the really old ones, too.

If you select YOUR CONTENT, it'll run a search for posts by you.

Search results:

Then if you click the last page of the first set of search results (assuming you have more), at the bottom there's a "Find Older Messages" link that will open up another set of N records - for example, I had [1] ... [25] pages of records, click the 25, and at the bottom I see this:

Then I get another set of 25 pages of search results, still going backwards based on post date.

There's not an "Older than" filter, so this is the only way I 've been able to search backwards to the earlier/first posts of a user.
