I have a BlackBerry Curve 8330 with an 8gb card that I use for music and movies when I am out and about. Is it worth it to get an iPod Touch for $199.99 if my Curve already has the same functionality?

if it doesn't bother you to have 2 devices in your pocket, I say go for it!

you get a cool device that offers apps/games that your blackberry can't run, and it has wifi, right? and the curve doesn't have wifi does it? I can't remember.

you might not even be interested in those things. I'm just trying to make it sound like a better idea ;)

now I want one. I almost got an iPhone instead of my Blackberry Bold, but I like the bb keyboard and better multitasking (sans jailbreak).....hmm maybe I need an iPod Touch now to get the best of both worlds! haha

Teach me why. I love my Acer 22" but would love to have an Apple CD.

You don't particularly need a Cinema Display, it's just that...

Monitors from 20" to 23" use 1680x1050
Monitors from 24" to 29" use 1920x1200

So when you buy a monitor that isn't the smallest size for the resolution, all you're getting is larger pixels and a little more blurriness.

Thanks for the lesson. I will probably get the new 24" LED sometime this year to go with a new Mac mini (ha ha that was funny, a new mac mini)
20-24" it really doesn't matter. I just want to upgrade my 17" Dell...I can only afford one right now :(
That's a tough call, They are both very fun. The only time I use all 22" is watching movies. I use my macbook open and use both screens so I have way more than enough. I still want bigger though. I got my iPod Touch in october and use it day and night. I have not used the earbuds since the first week. I use it for games and music videos. I listen to music at my home desk and in my car that I drive when I'm off work but very rarely on my Touch. I also plug it into my car to watch music videos.

Heed my warning: Once you use the iPod touch, music or videos on your blackberry will never be the same. It's that good, and much more fun than anything else.

your blackberry will still be the best for what it does though :) so don't worry
