The iPhone 4 comes out here in New Zealand in 6 days, and as typical of Vodafone as the only reseller of Apple products here, I can imagine that the employees will have NO idea that Apple are offering a refund within 30 days of purchase. As always, they will be very very reluctant to give me my money back, so can I print out a copy of this page here: ( http://www.apple.com/iphone/case-program/ ) [ down the bottom it explains the refund ], and then show that? The only thing about this is that they'll make up some lame excuse like it only applies to America.
