This may be old, I have no clue because I own an iPhone and never really paid attention to iPod touch's, but when you get an iPod touch it needs to be activated. Do they say "iPhone is disabled - connect to iTunes" or "iPod is disabled - connect to iTunes"?

I just came from work(Best Buy) and our iPod touch display had a pic of a turtle with the red bar on the top that says "iPhone is disabled" with "connect to iTunes" under it. The bottom part of the screen was blank.

Again, I don't know if it has been mentioned before. If so then sorry for reposting. If not I have a picture for proof(taken with my iPhone)

[Edit] Never mind. My iPod Touch is Part iPhone
