If i add songs to iTunes, does it saves another copy of it or it just like a shortcut ?>
and does iTunes have a folder which i can tell him to check everytime to see if new songs were added to that folder and it would sync automaticlly ?

iTunes should make a copy of it and add it to the library folder (if you add it the right way, meaning, open the file with iTunes and it copies it, dragging it in may cause problems). To double check, hit command-i while selecting a song and see where it is..

It can work either way. The option is in the General tab of the Advanced pane in iTunes preferences. If you have it set to not copy, and there's the option to "Consolidate Library" in the Advanced menu.

I think this could be possible with a smart folder and an applescript. There might also be some apps out there that do it too.
