Hi all, Hope you're all staying safe, wherever you are. Just a question for you, now we've all got loads of time on our hands.

Anyone else ever get the Do Not Disturb, disturbing them?

I put iPhone 8 running latest software on silent and Do Not Disturb every night instead of turning it off

It started vibrating last week for incoming call, but I put that down to the contact being in Favourites
But, the big bell alert this very early morning woke me up. No clue as to what it was, think was email, wasn't text or call, but was the sound for voicemail notification. Is there no way to shut everything off and out. I use it for radio and pod at night otherwise I'd just shut it down, but surely there must be something that stops literally everything when it's locked?

Also while I’m here, any idea why an iPad mini 4, turns itself on after I’ve 100% shut it down.
And it is not connected to a charger either? Does my head in why it does that. Done it for years, but never asked the question, till now
