Do not disturb while driving

anyone know how to get this working properly?

I have never managed to get it to work. It’s turned on, location services are turned on etc. I’ve tried it to activate when connected my my car’s Bluetooth and automatically both with no joy.

I can only manually turn it off and on.

Make sure “Fitness Tracking” is turned on in Settings > Privacy > Motion & Fitness
