Apps “Do Not Include” apps still on AW dock

How to delete/uninstall/remove from dock?
I can not uninstall several apple apps from AW dock.
They are in the Do Not Include list in the Watch app on iPhone X. I went thru editing list, adding and deleting each again, restarted watch, but all the apps still on dock.

I just got my AW3 GPS yesterday and had an interesting experience - I told it not to sync any apps during the setup... which of course it did during the setup. So I removed all of them and ... watched as it started adding them back one by one as if it had to have at least 4-5 apps on the watch even if I didn't want them on the watch.

So I resigned to the fact that I had to have at least SOME apps on the watch - put a handful on and it seems to be happy now.

Not posting to answer - but just to post a "Me Too" - a restart seemed to help me along with picking 4 apps - that stopped it from adding its own.
