Printer Rebate
"Purchase and take possession of an Apple Macintosh computer and a qualifying printer between April 21, 2009, and July 20, 2009, and receive up to $100 via
mail-in rebate. Purchases must be made at the Apple Online Store for Canada, an Apple Retail Store, or through Apple Telesales in Canada. Qualifying orders
from the Apple Online Store or Apple Telesales that are placed during the promotion and ship after the offer ends are eligible."

I am not really sure what take possession means. Is this same condition for the ipod deal too? If someone could clarify I would appreciate it.

This was the printer I was considering, mainly cause it is wireless

( i know this small bit is a copy of another post, but no one answer this question they all answered the second part, so now i am being specific)

Buy a printer and Mac at the same time, you'll qualify for the rebate. Upon receiving your items you can then submit the rebate. (usually takes 3-4 weeks) I think you're looking too hard into the word "possession".

The printer will probably arrive before the computer. When I ordered two summer's ago, there was a huge delay on my computer and the deadline had passed, but they still honored the deal. Hope this helps.

Well you need to submit the UPC code, so that's why you need possession; also it's based on invoice date, not ship date. The printer rebate is also year-round.
