Do Not Want Self-Photo in Email!!

Newbie calling. When I send an email, a self-portrait is automatically tacked to top left corner. This I emphatically do not want. How do I suppress it please?

Delete the picture from your address card in address book.

The only reason it is seen is because Address Book has it. If another Mac user get's an email from you and you are in that person's address book AND that person has the same picture as you then that person will see it.

Make sense ?

Like ergdegdeg said, it won't send with the email. It only shows a picture for a particular email address if you have the picture saved along side that email address in Address Book.
