Do people sell their old Proclip phone holders?

I've been thinking of getting a Proclip mount for my iPhone 4S but since I'll be upgrading in a couple of months I hate to spend the money on the holder part twice.

I've tried looking for a used one but can't find any on eBay.

Are they being snatched up that fast or do people just not selling them? I can't imagine what anyone would want with an older one.

I guess I could buy one now and sell it in a few months...

I suggest you to buy new iPhone 4s, It is very difficult to find this old Proclip phone holders.

If you REALLY need it, then yes. I doubt that you will find the exact car model/4s for sale used. Most people won't bother to post for resale.

Or you can buy a cheaper generic mount for the few months.

In my experience there's not much demand for them so I don't even bother these days. That said, if you're looking specifically for the 516193 (adjustable holder with tilt swivel and pass-through connector with horizontal support for the 4/4s with a case) I have one that I could part with.

No need to find the exact car model. The vehicle mount is a separate piece.
