Hello, i was gonna buy pair of pinhole glasses click this link if you dont know what pinhole glasses are to help improve my eyesight but there is much controversy surrounding whether they do or do not work i would like your thoughts on them? Your eyes are a muscle so surely exercising them will help in some way right?

:D

Squinting is a cheaper and will look a lot less ridiculous. It worked for Clint Eastwood.:p

Seriously though, go with prescription glasses.

I realize it isn't a cheap option, but prescription eyewear will surely benefit you more.

Agreed. ;)

I wear glasses, and while I accept that an eye is - in some ways - a muscle which needs exercise, more to the point, my eyes are also lenses which need other lenses - corrected for vision - to help them focus properly. In other words, prescription eyewear is the only possible visual aid I would ever consider wearing.

There is an iOS app out there, forget the name, that involves eye exercises to improve vision. Probably better than the pinhole glasses thing.
